The Health Care benefits of CSU-AAUP members are negotiated by SEBAC.

For full-time members there are different plans to choose from which cover medical, dental, pharmacy, and supplemental benefits at different costs. Members can change plans if they have a qualifying Life event and during open enrollment periods. For more see here.

Some members also are eligible for the Health Enhancement Program (HEP).  It is a voluntary program for those with certain chronic conditions. When an enrolled member complies with regular doctor visits and follows simple guidelines for preventive care, the cost of their medical care and prescriptions is greatly reduced.  For more see here.
