CSU-AAUP represents nearly 3,000 faculty members across the four Connecticut State Universities. Our members serve 20,000 students across the state. Our union believes that faculty working conditions are students' learning conditions. We stand together to advocate for fair wages, better working environments and more support for our students. We prepare the young people of our state to become the leaders of tomorrow.
